• Lateral / KPO Hiring - Also managed Junior Lateral Hiring (1-2.5 Yrs Exp) and KPO Hiring for India location scaling number from 25 to 200 in 1 Yr.
• Other Programs - HeadStart - Annual Thanksgiving event to celebrate Academia, VTOF - Technology Orientation for Faculty, aimed at upskilling professors during 45 Days immersive Internship program carefully curated.

• Performance Management System: - Set up the process calendar for the assessment period with the consultation of the leadership team, Conduct Live Meetings and town hall meetings with the business associates in understanding the importance of the PMS Process and its advantages and Helps the top management in doing the normalization at the unit level and organization level.
• R&R (Rewards and Recognitions): Handled multiple sub process of R&R Like Spot Award, Applause Award, Outstanding Award. Finalizing the eligibility % on monthly basis and sharing the information with respective business HR’s for nominations.
• Exit Management: Co-ordinate with respective role players involved in the exit process for clearances for adherence to SLA. Intimation to the associate about the dues to be paid to the company if any in case of negative Full and final settlement & Conduct Exit Interviews
