Production Planning & Control (Reporting to Chief Operating Officer):

• Production Scheduling & Planning: Create and manage detailed production schedules aligned with sales forecasts, customer orders, and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfillment.

• ERP System Proficiency: Maintain accurate and real-time records of materials, production status, and inventory in ERPNext (or other ERP systems), ensuring data integrity for decision-making.
• Production Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily production output versus planned targets.
• Agile Rescheduling & Prioritization: Adjust production schedules promptly based on changing priorities, urgent orders, or supply chain disruptions to maintain flexibility and responsiveness.
• Cross-functional Communication: Liaise with sales, purchasing, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment across the production process.
