f. Provided technical support for users of the LMS system.

g. Collaborated with subject matter experts to create content for e-learning courses.

• To strengthen functional capability in view of JCB's 5 years growth target by driving learning through technology
• Increased the penetration Internal & vendor based courses for 9.37% to 28% & 19.52% to 34% for all plants
• Renewed the contract of a vendor
• Analysed and proposed new partner for training programs
• Identified Competencies and subject matter expert for certain departments
• Total of 10 videos were curated with the help of SME for sales & Marketing, Parts & product support & Manufacturing.
