Roles and Responsibilities:

Verifying the settlement instructions of the payment/trades

Handling the Nostro and Settlement account’s breaks

Liaising with the external bank via SWIFT to query about BCNR,No debit and unidentified credit cases.

Liaising with settlement team incase of duplicate entries /payments are executed.

Approaching Corporate Client via email incase if their payment doesn’t meet the currency specific guidelines.

Coordinating with other department to solve the customer query.

Training and development of Associates and provide support in complex cases in day-to-day work.

Responsible for initiating and actively taking part in cost efficiency and product improvement initiatives.

Monitor and liaison with finance and investigations on Cash flow calculation mismatches in the system.

Reporting to Operations Management, FX Operations, Risk and Compliance.

Additional Roles:

Responsible for engaging and building relationships with onshore counterparts.

Taking active participation in leading projects.

Responsible to ensure that team meets quality standards of business delivery by ensuring that the team achieves SLA and KPI targets.

Managing teams workload management, allocation of tasks.

Projects:

X-ONE Migration: Migrating SPHINX to X-One base

Perform analysis to verify business requirements and functional design and formulate business rules

Maintain issues lists, including minutes from design meetings.

Create and execute tests cases, identify defects and ensure quality

Deliver Project Test report for Management Reporting

Lean/customer excellence and Continuous Improvement through various Root cause problem solving tools.

Part of SG's Expert committee for bringing better practices in day to day BAU of teams
