- Master’s Project: An Investigation Of Interleaving To Combat Burst Errors.
- The project was to compare the various error coding techniques like cyclic codes,Reed Solomon codes, Hamming and Shannon codes under Burst Noise Conditions.
- Coding of Interleavers as a technique to reduce the effect of burst errors incommunication.
- Mainly two interleavers were designed and coded namely, Block interleavers andConvolution interleavers.
- MATLAB was used as the simulation and coding tool.
- It was used to determine theEb/No ratio and also to plot the BER Curves for comparison of different codingtechniques.
- Bachelor’s Project: Party Robot.
- Basically worked on the RF transceiver with a range of more than 100mts.
- Microcontroller used for the project is PIC16F873 which was programmed in PIC C.
- The voice functions were designed with APR9600 chip.
