- Weekly Meeting Review for customer complaint & submit Action plan
- Monthly Review All Machine Preventive Plans
- Training Plan and Execution to upgrade skill level of Engineer's & Machine Operator
- All machine parameters to set Optimum as per Component Requirement
- 5S Activity to be Review and Monitoring on Daily Basis
- Suggestion and Kaizen Activity to be implement on shop floor & Ensure and monitoring use of PPE Equipment Safety, Health and Environment
