Job Profile -

• Close co-operation with Internal and External stakeholders to analyze potential quality problems already in development.
• Hand on Experience in product and process risk assessment, mitigation to Zero % Style on Market returns or recall due to Product Safety & Critical defects.
• Support suppliers in delivering of products which meet “CHICCO” best in class quality standards with support and direction from line manager and other key stakeholders.
• Using Visualization tool for categorizing the potential cause of problems through Fishbone diagram.
• Working with product safety manual (Regulatory and chemical safety requirements, Physical and mechanical safety, Sharp tools policy, Needle policy).
• Responsible for training & empowering vendors through onboarding, training and monitoring vendor performance to conform with brand standard.
• Provide technical inputs and suggestion in the area of sewing, construction and troubleshooting fitting, pattern and grading issues with co-ordination of technician.
• In depth knowledge of testing parameters and test requirement as per fabric and product requirement.
• Undertake regular In-line and pre-shipment inspections to monitor production quality and ensure it matches approved standard. Have an in-depth understanding of AQL inspection levels and process.
• Maintain clear, accurate and detailed records of supplier improvement plans, listing ownership of actions and timelines for change.
• Involvement in pre-production activities and monitoring and focusing on TNA plan proposed for delivering quality product with in timeframe.
• Product category-Woven, Knits and Denim (Dress, Polo and Tee, Sweatshirt, Jacket, Pants, Romper)
• Fabric handle – Denim, Velvet, Velour, cotton

• Monitor the quality of product and make the testing parameters for products and develop the quality control procedures, perform audits, and oversee quality control teams.
• Inspect the products to ensure they meet all requirements and standards as per client
• Leading Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
• Co-ordination with all quality and production departments for production follow-up and quality to ensure the timely delivery
• Regular follow up of the running orders & regularly update to the respective management of the running order status.
• Conduct the inline and final inspection before offer the shipment for buying QC.

• Working with product safety manual (Regulatory and chemical safety requirements, Physical and mechanical safety, Sharp tools policy, Needle policy).
• Execute inspection in proscribed time frame within proscribed costs.
• Execute all work with a professional demeanor aligned with the BV integrity policy.
• Review all instructions and documents to ascertain procedures and objectives of assignment prior to start of inspection.
• Conduct the factory audit as per client requirement.
• Inspection as per AQL (1.5,2.5,4.0), onsite test, production check, measurement check, conformity
• Check, packing check stated in client operating procedure or standard operating procedure.
• Working with management to implement the company's policies and goals.

• Involved in production planning to provide best quality product to the buyer in a timely manner.
• Coordination with all quality and production departments for production follow-up and quality to ensure the timely delivery
• Regular follow up of the running orders & regularly update to the respective management of the running order status.
• Conduct the inline and Pre final inspection with photography and required AQL , then offer the inspection to buying house QC.
• Involved cut to pack and resolve the problem, handle the buying house and third party inspection.
