- Highest Truck Loading Record:- Managed and achieved the highest truck loading/dispatch at Manikgarh Cement Works through superior by management and team coordination.
- Rake Loading Record:- Successfully coordinated and loaded a full BCN Rake in a record time of 5.30 hours using only 3 packers.
- Efficiency Improvement:- Implemented Bag Jamming Devices on all conveyor belts, significantly reducing downtime and bag wastage.
- Quality Excellence:- Maintained zero weight variation through a strict 2-hourly physical verification and calibration protocol.
- Safety Record:- Upheld a 100% accident-free operation for 11 years by ensuring 100% PPE compliance.
- Maximized equipment uptime by coordinating preventive maintenance schedules with maintenance teams proactively.
