Sanjay is responsible as a Team Lead for water and wastewater management projects for SACA Region (South Asia and Central Asia) in SMEC India Pvt. Ltd. Post Graduated (M.Tech.) in Agricultural Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and Graduate(B. Tech.) from CAE Pusa. Has 14 years of core experience in the field of water infrastructure in the field of Design Engineering, Hydraulic Modelling, Detailed Engineering on various Irrigation and Water Supply Projects. Responsible for engaging Water resources team in all relevant projects. Has strong experience in providing engineering design services for water infrastructure projects such as project management, hydraulic modeling, DPR preparations etc. Past experience defines as resourceful and result-oriented team player along with other qualities such as integrity, team building, technical excellence, cost effective solutions, decision making skills. Main responsibility includes coordinating with Project managers for bringing quality projects for water resources team, leading the projects from front, delivering quality outputs, cost effective team management and mentoring team mates during their professional and technical growth.
