     Fonada  (03/2022 - 10/2022)

• Fonada offers end-to-end cloud telephony services to help businesses connect. When a lead is generated, a request is sent to the Fonada App to initiate a call between the Company Agent and the End Customer. Fonada App then makes an API call to an external system to set up the conference call. After the call, Fonada Solution sends the status and CDR back to Fonada App, which then stores the details in the Client Database.
• I have build this application from scratch to client delivery including security scanning , packaging , testing & Documenting (available in App Exchange).
• Tools Used : Apex, SOQL, LWC, Flow, Platform event, Custom Settings and Custom Meta

Smart Dialer  (10/2022 - 05/2023)

• It's an internal application, Smart Dialer, that supports efficient communication for various professionals by enabling auto-dialing, call recording, and forwarding. It offers SIP account selection, phone number masking, and search features for users, while allowing administrators to customize settings, manage lead generation, and handle call dispositions. This solution provides a user-friendly and comprehensive communication platform.
• In this project, my role as a backend developer includes developing backend functionality, fixing bugs, writing test classes, and creating documentation.
• Responsible for maintaining the codebase, creating packages, and promoting them.
• Tools Used : Apex Class, Vf pages , Aura, Lwc, Flow, Platform Events, SOQL, Custom Settings and Custom Meta datatype.

ADA Connect-Sales Cloud Application (05/2023 - 10/2023)

ADA Sales App seamlessly integrates WhatsApp within Salesforce CRM, enabling businesses and users to communicate with leads and customers, as well as send template messages using data binding through the ADA messaging service.

• Built and integrated a comprehensive framework for system integration.
