• Designed and delivered a modern enterprise-grade integration platform to automate identity, mailbox, and access provisioning, replacing a legacy system and significantly improving efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Built end-to-end provisioning orchestration, monitoring, and failure-handling workflows using PL/SQL and PowerShell, including automated de-provisioning for terminated employees and post-provisioning execution via Microsoft services.
• Implemented comprehensive reporting, analytics, and data capabilities to track request volumes, provisioning outcomes, and operational health across multiple request types.
• Developed an intuitive operations and reporting UI using Oracle APEX, enabling real-time visibility, faster issue resolution, and data-driven decision-making for stakeholders.

License Allocation Service

• Architected and developed a web-based license allocation system to manage limited webinar licenses using a Flask backend and Oracle JET frontend, enabling seamless request submission and tracking.
• Implemented an optimal greedy allocation algorithm (minimum platform approach) to efficiently assign and revoke licenses based on time-bound user requests, maximizing utilization and eliminating scheduling conflicts.
• Built automated scheduling workflows to dynamically manage license lifecycle, ensuring timely allocation, revocation, and high system reliability.

• Delivered a CSV-based bulk employee management feature in an existing enterprise application
• Designed robust data parsing and validation logic to enable secure, high-volume batch processing aligned with existing system architecture.
• Presented the solution to senior leadership, demonstrating technical and business value, performance and impact directly resulted in a full-time employment offer.
