A PVC pipe manufacturing plant located in URSE-Pune, wherein, different varieties of pipes of different sizes are manufactured.

• As a production engineer, responsible for production of CPVC pipes (i.e. Chlorinated PVC pipes, which are used for hot and cold water applications) to achieve maximum output with minimum scrap and inspected it to asses compliance with quality standards and established tolerances.
• Also operated the machine (i.e. Extruder) whenever required usually in case of any troubleshooting.

CIEL - a tyre inner tube manufacturing company wherein different sizes of tubes from Passenger, LCV vehicles to truck, tractors vehicles are manufactured. It's a sub-branch of Apollo tyre company and is located in Ranjangao, Pune.

• Worked in technical department with technical executives under technical head.
• Spent time in all the departments like Mixing, Extrusion, Building, valve area, Curing and Final finish in order to understand and learn the entire tube manufacturing process.
• Responsible for defect control - performing why why analysis on major defects occurred to find out their root causes, take necessary action to solve it.
• Maintain defect analysis report on daily basis for reporting and further planning.
