• Managed concept-to-launch of a SAP certified transformation product, optimizing the move to SAP S/4HANA, built on SAP BTP. Top-selling product has generated $55M+ since its 2019 launch.
• Completed development and global market launch of cutting-edge SaaS SAP certified product, built on SAP BTP, for improving the master data quality, using the ML algorithms and provide data insights using the structured visual representations.
• Led the development of an EY-owned process mining, SAP certified product built on SAP BTP, which helps to identify the relevant processes issues, within an organization and helping clients with improved process transparency.

• Managed and executed the best suited commercialization models for all owned products.
• Heading the Innovation Zone where personally, leveraged the design thinking, agile methodology and the latest tech and platforms, including cloud, SAP S/4HANA, IoT, Artificial Intelligence to build next-generation solutions. Pipeline of 10+ ideas for product lines to fit in their roadmaps.
• Synthesized and drove product strategy with security teams to build and manage an actionable product roadmap. Ensure the product hitting the market are well-versed with security and no-loop holes are found.
• Kept track of all direct and indirect costs incurred during the product development life-cycle and forecasting. Ensuring the development is done is no overshooting the budget provided.

• Worked closely with the key business stakeholders, to define, engineer and maintain the product features, business processes and product requirements for implementing Digital Contract Data (DCD) product.
• Key input provider for innovation and end-to-end launch of DCD.
• Supported the definition of the product vision, the strategic road-map and lead the proof of concept definition
• Worked with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and operations users
• Responsible for designing the Architecture of the Digital Contract Data Cockpit(Fiori based App) using SAP Standards( Fiori Elements/CDS/BOPF).
• Helped in developing product (DCD AI) for extracting Contracts History from PDF contracts, using ML capabilities of SAP Leonardo, and setting it up in ERP.
• Integrated multiple sources like Callidus, CMS (Contract Management System), CRM Opportunity, CRM Sales Order/ Provider Contracts, etc. with ERP, and all insights were shown over DCD Cockpit.
• Designed & Developed a Fiori App, using SAP Blockchain API for EDocument Verification (Proof of History, MultiChain) .
• Qualtrics integration with DCD Cockpit to gather the Product Experience ( X + OData).
• SAP JAM integration with DCD Cockpit to receive the latest News, Glossary, Recent Updates & Disclaimer from SAP JAM to show in the Cockpit.
• Designed the Architecture for Contracts Comparison Tool (CoCo Fiori/UI5 App).
• CoCo Tool compares two different versions of same document and highlights any changes/updates/handwritten text, the functionality was achieved using the Leonardo M/L Foundation API for OCR.

• Solution Architect for S/4HANA Production Engineering & Operations Product Development. (Dec 2017 onward )
• As a Scrum Master, took care of the daily Scrums, as per the Regular Agile Methodology (JIRA). (Dec 2017 onward ).
• Led the team comprising of 40 associates in Walldorf, Munich, Bangalore and Budapest, for S/4HANA Manufacturing Product Development. (July 2015 till Aug 2016)
• Manually designed an app, for TCS Genset Management an IoT (using SAP MMS) project, to measure and automate KPIs of a working Genset (e.g. Coolant Temp, Fuel Level, Vibrations etc.) (June 2014 - May 2015)
• End to End Designing and Development of the SAP M&A Fiori Apps for Process Automation (M&A Toolkit for Process Setups, Inventory Management, Company Code Implementation etc.) (Oct 2013 till June2014).
