Responsibilities:

• Researches and evaluates facts surrounding buyer andseller transactions
• Interpret the data, analyzed the results using statistical techniques and provided ongoing reports of the customer accounts
• Independent judgement, problem-solving and analytical skills were used to authenticate customers on the platform and the complex transactions
• The main tenets was to eliminate e- commerce fraud
• Communicates with external customers, internal customers and peers in person, via email, annotations and phone duringand following the investigation process
• Takes appropriate action on investigated transactions based on established standard operation procedureand tools
• POC for team internal weekly audits.

Project: Procurement to Process, Global Delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Worked on end-to-endProcurement to Pay process and dealing with Project “T-Mobile”
• Created Purchase orders for indirect purchasing & Direct purchasing
• Worked on all types of vendor request forms for global regions
• Validated the purchase requisitions & processed the purchase orders in SAP and ARIBA systems
• Preparing & monitoring SLA reporting and monitoring daily TAT by working with Team
• Responsible to report the Production and the Quality of the team
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving all the problems that occur during the process of Goods receipt and Invoice receipt is also a key role.
