• Take care of the windows environment for multiple clients
• Responsible for server build using client’s customized SOE image
• Decommissioning the project servers after project completion
• Taking up projects as per customer’s requirements and complete them well before the time frame allotted
• Troubleshooting of File & Print Servers, Member Servers and Other Project Servers
• Patch and Anti Virus Updating on all File& Print Servers, Member Servers and Project Servers
• HP, Dell, & Cisco Server Installation and configuration
• Patch all the Windows servers on monthly basis using client specific patching tool
• Coordinate with the hardware vendors for any hardware related issues
• Working on incidents and projects assigned to the queue
• Create changes and implement as per the schedule

Backups: (Veeam and NetBackup)

• Evaluate and implement backup infrastructure as per customer requirement.
• Monitoring and configuring backups, replication.
• Investigate and fix issues with the jobs having failures.
• Monitor and fine tune the environment to keep it stable.
• Perform restore tasks based on user requests.
• Evaluate and check the backup data consistency on a quarterly basis

Storage: (HPE Nimble, Pure and Dell Powerstore)

• Create volumes and provision them to the physical and vertual infrastructure.
• Mapping of storage space to the servers, provisioning and troubleshooting issues related to it.
• Monitor and troubleshoot with reference to performance and fix them accordingly.

• Responsible for VMware virtual infrastructure
• Installation and configuration of vSphere and Virtual Center 6.x, 7.x and 8.x
• Migrating existing environment to latest version
• Implement and configuring HP and Cisco UCS blade enclosures
• Monitor and fine tune performance related issues with the VM’s
• Documenting the procedures while working on new technologies and uploading it to the central portal
• Converting Physical machine to Virtual (P2V)
• Periodical upgrades and patching of ESX servers
• Perform daily health check using customized reports
• Identify and remove old snapshots and clones
• Install and test the latest products released by implementing it in test environment
• Analyzing the Environment and performing a capacity planning and server consolidation as and when needed
• Create storage repositories while provisioning new LUNs to the OVM servers
• Built the Cisco UCS infrastructure (Creating Pools, Policies and Service Profiles)
• Upgraded the Cisco UCS firmware
• Perform recycling of old hardware from the environment
• Backing up UCSM configuration before any upgrades
• Troubleshooting on fabric interconnect for any port related issues.
