• Shell [Contract] - Worked on multiple projects as mentioned -

1. Sickness Management: Performed Absence Configuration for Sickness Management for NL. Finalized Absence Requirements and have been doing the Absence Design - leave type, complex validations, BP changes.

2. Payroll Batch: Have been working as process lead for SIT and UAT tests and execution for PL, UK and NL for Time tracking and Absence Management.

• Checkout.com - Worked as the Absence Lead on this project, interacted with the Client side directly. 25 Countries are in scope, each of them having their own local absence setup to be configured. Created Time Off Plans, Leave Types, Period Schedules, Holiday Calendars, configured Absence BPs, notifications, condition rules, external payroll earnings etc. In addition to this, handling custom reports, security domains as well. Migration, Testing, SIT phases, DA Reviews revolving around this were taken care of as well.
• Velux - Worked as an Absence and Time Tracking support consultant in this project. Five countries were in scope. Performed variety of tasks - like building Time Off Plans (including multiple Time offs, Accruals, Calculations), Leave Types, Period Schedules, Work Schedules, Holiday Calendars, Time Entry Templates, Time Entry Codes, diverse Time Calculations and numerous fields, eligibilities, validations, BP condition rules and custom notifications.

• EWP Project - Did data correction for a large number of employees. Performed correcting, rescinding and initiating various business processes for each worker. This included gathering requirements, data validation, implementation, error handling and deployment.
• Job Catalog Project - Updated the Job Catalog for all the Hitachi Group companies. Worked in various phases like gathering requirements, timeline formation, data analysis, implementation, testing, critical error handling and deployment.
• Workday Support - Supported many of the Hitachi Group companies spread across the globe for seamless functioning of HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Reporting, EIB Data Load, Talent Management, Security and Business Processes. Worked in various enhancements and year-end activities.
