- My responsibilities in the project are: (1) Leading the architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of enterprise contact center solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and alignment with business objectives. (2) Own the architecture and delivery of critical contact center capabilities, including Service Cloud Voice and Enhanced Chat. (3) Lead the architecture and development of the hiring portal, driving the design and delivery of AI-powered recruitment capabilities. (4) Architect and deliver AI features including intelligent resume parsing, AI-powered candidate search, and automated interview question generation. (5) Drive technical decisions, solution design, integration patterns, and engineering best practices across key business-critical modules.

Diageo is a global leader in premium beverages with a portfolio of iconic brands across spirits, beer, and wine, operating in more than 180 countries.

- My responsibilities in the project are: (1) Engage with business stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements. (2) Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions. (3) Define end-to-end Salesforce architecture including data model, integrations, security, and scalability considerations. (4) Guide development teams in implementing complex solutions.
- Major Features Delivered: (1) Chatbot for more personalized experience with Generative AI Knowledge Search (2) Dashboard to easily access all cases and invoices in one screen using integration (3) Supplier Performance Management App - KPIs are defined to assess the supplier performance, Evaluators complete structured surveys based on the KPIs, Collected responses are compiled into a scorecard that reflects in each vendor's overall performance

Royal Mail is an established brand with more than 500 years of history, from its beginning as a postal service exclusively for the King and his Court to the international delivery service it is today.

- Description: The Carelines application is a service cloud application that bridges the gap between the customers and agents. It ensures speedy response to all customer queries through various sources. The Unilever Consumer Care Line supports over 3,000 Unilever products within 40+ brands.
- My responsibilities in the project are: ·Coordinate with the developers and ensure smooth delivery of sprints ·Involved in requirement gathering and design implementation for various user stories such as Chat bot, Alert Rules, etc.
Client: Hughes Communications
The client provides satellite based communication services to various franchisees and companies. The client’s business is based on providing various communication devices to their consumer and providing maintenance for the same.

- Role: SF Developer, Lead
- Description: It was a Service Cloud Implementation for Agents and Customers to collaborate. The client has multiple legacy system, primarily PSFT (Peoplesoft) to structure all the systems the client is migrating towards SFDC. Phase 1 implementation was designed to provide a structure for their case handling process. It involved configuration such as Case Management, Email to Case, Knowledge, Entitlement, Reports and Dashboards etc. and configuration such as Visual Force page, Apex Trigger, Email Handler etc. Also integration with PSFT was done for Account, Contact and Case. Further going into Phase 2 asset, products, CTI’s were leveraged. Phase 3 of the project involved a portal for their B2B or Enterprise customers to log in and create cases.
- My responsibilities in this project are: (1) Gather and requirements. Give effort estimates and organize team. (2) Involved in the development and delivery of various requirements. (3) Involved in design discussions for code refactoring across regions such as North America Division, South America Division, etc.
