• Purchase Order Release: Preparation of Purchase Order / Work Order for L1 bidders based on mutually agreed terms & conditions.
• Shipping / Logistics: Arranging transportation for the materials and follow up for the delivery based on project requirements and arrangements of all necessary shipping documents clearance.
