• Attends client calls and meetings with the account executives to calibrate on IT requirements and to discuss achievements, challenges, and interview status
• Fosters long-term relationships with candidates and clients Has been an SME in Recruitment and helping around 40 recruiters in the company for all their queries & needs in recruiting
• Have given training to subordinates on recruitment process Has taken care of employee’s attendance, payroll, infrastructure needs etc
• Preparing weekly and monthly KPIs of individual recruiters as well as reports on client requirement activities
