Was selected for Multichannel ZBRi which supports allocation to all types of delivery channels, a pilot project. Actively worked as a link between the Analytics Quality Team and different stations across multiple cities for the smooth operation of the project. The project was successful and Amazon still uses MCA ZBRi throughout the Indian region.
