• Provide L3 Citrix support for Global customers in GSSC

Bank Of New York Mellon, United States of America & Woolworths Retail, Australia

• Migrate the Windows 2000/2003 servers to Windows 2008
• Upgrade the Citrix version from XenApp 4.5 to XenApp 6.5
• Prepare the Business Solution and cost estimation for the new hardware requirement
• Install and Configure XenApp on the new servers
• Install standard applications and deliver the servers for application installation & testing.

Project Implementation

• Enable the 3G connection on the Panasonic tough Book.
• This allows the users to access the intranet portals and Emails through OWA when they are outside the Client Network using the Vodafone dongle and Vodafone Secured Remote Access enabled SIM card provided as per the project plan. The GIS application is installed on the Tough Books which is used by the Field users who normally work outside the client network. This facility allows the users to connect to the client network using the 3G connection.
