Investigate and resolve parked invoices, ensuring smooth workflow and minimal backlogs.
Process supplier payments and resolve any payment-related issues.
Maintain and update the invoice exception tracker daily to follow up on outstanding items.
Prepare prepaid expense sets and handle data loaders as per reporting requirements.
Process cross-border invoices in compliance with tax and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) process to support continuous improvements and internal audits.
