· Feasibility Study Report for Carbon Projects: Gather and analyze data to conduct feasibility studies for proposed carbon projects, evaluating their technical, economic, and environmental viability. Prepare detailed reports with risk assessments and development recommendations.
· Emission Reduction Purchase Agreement (ERPA) Drafting and Negotiation: Draft and negotiate ERPAs to facilitate carbon credit sales and emissions reduction commitments. Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations, securing agreements with various stakeholders.
· International Renewable Energy Certificates (IRECs): Manage and oversee IRECs for renewable energy projects. Ensure adherence to global standards and regulations for renewable energy certification.
· CSR Fund Utilization: Manage the utilization of CSR funds for community-based projects such as cookstove and water filter projects.
· Cookstove Projects Leadership: Lead seven community-based cookstove projects, successfully implemented in 2022 and 2023.

· Recruitment and Selection- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
· Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection. Conduct orientation programs for new hires and ensure a smooth onboarding process
•Research staffing trends, establish systematic workflows, and recommend solutions to improve our company’s recruitment practices
