  • Managed a large Development project which was a considerable revenue generator for IBM Finance, US. The project was divided into eight subprojects and had 105 members (based in India and US) out of which I was responsible for 4 sub-projects and 40+ team members respectively.
  • One of the sub-projects was to implement the application in UK (replacing the existing application) which was very complex and critical.
  • The project also had 40% of ELTPs (Entry Level Trainee Programmers, college campus fresh recruits) which made the delivery more hectic and difficult.
  • We succeeded in implementing the project on time which was very much appreciated by the business.
  • Also responsible for the complete delivery of the other projects including the management of people.
  • Was awarded BRAVO for contribution in the Project Management area for this program.
