Executive Study Center- Timespro (BKC -Capital Building: Onsite), 12/2016, 06/2017, Took over the project unexpectedly and led the design and development of an executive study center without prior experience. Conducted a thorough review and engaged stakeholders to understand requirements. Developed a detailed project plan covering scope, schedule, resources, and risks. Coordinated a multidisciplinary team, implemented agile methodologies, and managed resources effectively. Regularly tracked progress, conducted quality reviews, and managed risks. Successfully delivered the study center within 60 days, achieving high stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. MISSION 1 Crore in 2010- 30 Days, 07/2011, 07/2011, In one month, our project orchestrated a remarkable surge in sales targets, propelling admissions from 500 to 2000. Leading strategic initiatives, I cultivated a transformative mindset across teams, promoting inclusivity and unity toward our shared objective. By instituting daily progress updates, I inspired team members to actively contribute to our daily admissions goals. Leveraging the Manifestation Technique, I underscored the potency of directed effort, catalyzing tangible growth and achievement. Kaizen- Lean Management - 5's, 08/2010, Sort (Seiri): Streamlined resources and materials across branches to eliminate clutter and optimize space usage. Set in Order (Seiton): Organized classrooms and training materials systematically to enhance accessibility and efficiency. Shine (Seiso): Implemented regular cleaning and maintenance schedules to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards. Standardize (Seiketsu): Established standardized procedures for resource allocation and workspace organization to ensure consistency. Sustain (Shitsuke): Fostered a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to 5S principles through training and ongoing reinforcement.
