Project : CATS (Connectivity And Transformation Service)

CATS is a new gen cloud-native connectivity solution designed to simplify and streamline provider connectivity processes. By decoupling connectivity logic from business logic, CATS empowers businesses to easily integrate with various data providers. Built on the Skube framework and adhering to a low-code/no-code philosophy, CATS offers a highly customizable and efficient approach to data integration.

At the core of CATS is a JSON configuration file known as the Finite State Machine (FSM). This FSM defines the workflow and logic of the data integration process, consisting of a set of highly configurable and generic states. This flexible approach allows businesses to tailor CATS to their specific data integration needs without requiring extensive coding efforts.

• Project Initiation and Leadership: Spearheaded the design, development, and deployment of CATS
• Team Development and Mentoring: Built and mentored a team of six individuals into a skilled CATS development force
• Business Development and Marketing: Successfully promoted CATS through presentations, newsletters, and demos, resulting in multiple project acquisitions.
• Technical Innovation: Employed reactive programming (Mutiny) to optimize CATS' performance and decoupled configuration files to enhance maintainability.
• Custom Tool Development: Developed a Maven plugin to enable seamless integration of business-specific states and designed a user-friendly CATS IDE for configuration development.
• Strategic Partnerships: Successfully integrated CATS with a carbon offset project and positioned it as first technical capability from RES on Creation platform.
• Recognition and Awards: Received multiple awards for outstanding contributions, including two quarterly awards and a prestigious torch bearer award.
• Technical Expertise and Leadership: Served as the technical point of contact for Skube, Java, and Quarkus within the RES BLR team.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentored 10 interns from various RES projects and authored blogs on topics such as OBE-CNA communication, Kafka, and reactive programming.
• Training and Development: Conducted numerous training sessions on Quarkus, microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and reactive programming across departments.
• Technical Expertise and Hiring: Contributed to the Java technical panel to support the hiring process and served as a reviewer and presenter for Java-related training content for GET program.

CatalystCalendar/MacroForecast/Modelware : Worked for multiple application in MS Research Tech dept.
These applications enabled MorganStanley research analysts to track various events on different sectors &
countries based on which analyst publish their researches. Analysts also publish different metrics which can be
viewed by other users & these events/metrics are fed to different downstream systems.

eBBS -Thailand

eBBS stands for Electronic Branch Banking System, its an online core-banking product developed for
Standard Chartered Bank. eBBS is a real-time, browser based core-banking system supporting both
wholesale & consumer banking. It facilitates Account Opening, Transaction Processing, Subscription
to Loans & Deposits, Statement Generation and Enquiries.

• Responsible for developing new web-services and supporting, enhancing around 86 existing
  web-services functionality
• Responsible for developing new uploads (Processing & Storing Interfaces feeds to eBBS)
• Developed new downloads (Transforming eBBS data & feeding to other Interfaces)
• Bug-fixing & root cause analysis in testing phases
• Coordinated with offshore team from Thailand to ensure committed timelines are met
• Rewarded with On-The-Spot Award for getting SIT, UAT sign-off for multiple interfaces without
  any escalations

CIP-Lloyds Bank

CIP which stands for Customer Interaction Program is another major project of Lloyds Bank with a
motto to enhance the customer interaction with the Bank.

• Worked as a Java Developer under Strategic Leads Repository Team
• Responsible for the development of a new API under SLR
• Responsible for amending the existing APIs for better interaction with the customer
• Responsible for end to end Link Testing, Unit Testing, Regression Testing and Smoke Testing
• Mentoring the new entrants (4 associates) and Live support team (6 members) of the project
  and giving them adequate knowledge transfer
