  • As Regional Talent Acquisition Partner, I was in charge of all areas of recruitment, DEI strategy and execution, including managing the setting up of Puma Energy's Global Delivery Center in Mumbai.
  • I was reporting to the HR Head, with dotted reporting to the Global CHRO and Global Talent Head with the responsibilities as below.
  • Working with recruiting and consulting stakeholders (including Managing Directors/Partners) to identify and hire best-in-class talent through lateral and through top executive search channels.
  • The role evolved from talent research, candidate selection, stakeholder involvement, and partnering with the respective training manager to provide a smooth transition of work geographically for new hires.
