• DTCC trade and CAD settlement for DVP, RVP and FOP trades.
• Consulting account admin in case of discrepancies between the trades received on RAD and trades booked in our internal system.
• Checking all the trades which have not dropped from DTCC or CAD and sending pre alert to CSR to re-instruct if they are valid.
• Same day deliveries which are rejected by receiver needs to be notified to the respective CSR
• Manually delivering SPO, free and DVP trades as per instructions received from CSR to counterparty through RAD.
• Pre-balancing of trades which are going to settle on next business day.
• Provide the comments on fail trades and send the report by the end of day.
• Placing real time money market trades by calling fund companies for clients.
• Process wire payments and wire receives for the trades placed.
• Check if all the trades are placed correctly as reflected in the report prepared as per managing daily sweeps.
• Calculation and collection of interest and distribute to the client on monthly basis.
• Preparing daily interest reports and updating it in our system.
• Doing pre-balancing every week to make sure that we are at par with Fund companies in term of interest calculation and removing discrepancies if any.
• Providing GCS services to clients and funding of inter-bank settled trades.
• Collecting information for all clients designated accounts and calculate the funds to meet the daily settlements.
• Reconciliation to remove the differences between suggested amount and the real amount after initial gathering.
• Journal entries of cash/securities in order to reflect proper transactions, balance and positions in book and records.
• Daily allocations of payments received from custodian via different pay code, Wire, DDA, Check or other mode off payment.
• Recon review and checking any discrepancy in SSI of wire clients and notifying to account representative.
• Accountability for the performance of team and to resolve day to day issue (Fluctuating Volumes, Exception cases).
• Ensure to have enough cover for all activities through cross training to eliminate key man dependencies.Maintaining and updating standard procedures and ensuring works are run with adequate checks and controls.
• Escalation of potential issues at earliest possible opportunity, highlighting and reporting root cause and trends back to management.

1. Providing innovative Ideas for AI tool and VBA macro to simplify our project work.

2. Analysing and providing inputs to the teams regarding development of web design AI tool for trade operations and back office operations in investment baking by using HTML, CSS, bootstrap and JavaScript with Jquery.

3. We are developing the AI tool for the US market in a better way compared to old manual tool with Backend Tech support team.

4. Regularly client assigning different tasks to us via Azure website for developing the Trade enrichment AI tool.

5. Regular client calls for rectifying the errors as per client requirements and documenting the resolution for further reference.

6. Knowledge transfer is carried out with new hires, and resolutions for EOD meetings are handled.

• Accurate and timely trades processing and authorization to custody and accounting within established market deadlines
• Effectively understanding SWIFT messages and Faxes (MT540, MT541, MT542, MT543, and MT599) and Fax instructions related to different depositories like DTCC, FED, CDS, CREST, Euroclear and Clearstream etc
• Handful of knowledge on Trade Processing like Trade input, Trade Enrichment, Trade review and Validation
• Authorizing Trades processed by processors to validate and make sure there are no improper bookings and no delay in settlement of the trades
• Process/Approve Fed and International (all currencies) Internal fund transfers and other cash movements within set timelines
• Processing/Authorizing Repo transactions (Overnight repos and Reverse repo transactions)
• Handling Special processing activities for Hyper care clients (BlackRock)
• Liaising with client ops, settlements, reference data services, recon and other internal teams to ensure all pending trades are settled and avoid any buy-in risks notified by the agent on Settlement date
• Handling inquires and escalations from clients and internal teams to provide timely resolutions
• Prioritizing trades based on market deadlines, client escalations and settlement risks involved
• Updating onshore and offshore management about the risks as and when identified, by publishing daily reports on all the trades which are subject to penalties or buy-in
• Running control Macros to process Large Faxes which contain 500-1000 trades in one go and authorizing the same before deadlines to avoid delays in settlement of trades
• Investigating failed trades and finding reasons for unmatched status to provide resolution to clients
• Identifying knowledge gaps and imparting trainings to team members, conducting team hurdles and assisting in cross-trainings and giving new training for the new joiners
• BlackRock Client: Special Servicing of hyper care client 'BlackRock' globally for SWIFT and Fax trades processing, Trades processing, inquiries and escalations management
• Manage, lead BlackRock Client Processing Team and ensure the staff is delivering a high level of service and complying with SLAs
• Responsible for ensuring that all daily transactional activities are completed and escalate issues with BlackRock client Ops when necessary
• Periodical review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other training materials.
