Being the Head of Projects, will oversee the planning and execution of both green field and brown field projects in India. Responsible for leading team of building specialists, including architects, designers, contractors, and construction workers. The key responsibilities would include Planning, Budgeting, Staffing, Safety and other allied tasks involving the successful execution of Projects.

Ongoing projects (greenfield):

1. Aster Capital: 500 bed multi speciality hospital in 8 lakhs sq.ft BUA setting up in Trivandrum Kerala.

2. Aster MIMS Kasaragode: 200 bed multi speciality hospital in Kasaragod district in Kerala having 215000 sq.ft BUA

3. 100 bed IP expansion of Aster Medcity Cochin campus within 110000.00 BUA

Ongoing project (brownfield):

1. Aster W &C in Whitefield Banglore: 200 bed premium exclusive women and child hospital constructing in 220 sq.ft BUA

2. Renovation of IP floors in existing Aster MIMS hospital in Kozhikode and Kottakkal, Kerala.

Upcoming projects (brownfield):

1. Aster Hyderabad W&C: Premium exclusive W&C hospital to be constructed in hyderabad is under design concept stage.

Completed projects:

1. Aster MIMS Kannur Phase 1 (green field): was responsible for completing 300 bed multi-specialty hospital having 300000 sq.ft BUA in Kannur, Kerala within 2 years time during 2017-2019

2. Completed 75000sq.ft BUA exclusive W&C hospital in 6 months time in Aster Kottakkal, Kerala during 2022 (brownfield).

3. Aster Mother hospital: Completed 175000 sq.ft muti-specialty brown field hospital in 8 months time

4. Aster MIMS Kannur phase 2(greenfield): 100 bed IP expansion block in 80000 sq.ft BUA completed in 1 year, 2024 March

5. Part of facelift activities of all major hospital in Kerala.
