- Onboarding clients over SolarWinds, SNOW Automation. SolarWinds professional responsible for SolarWinds Orion platform and product implementation, upgrading, and technical onsite/remote support to leading clients like data centers, banks, and exchanges, etc. Conducting KT sessions for customers and end users.
- Have knowledge in Database query language, along with onboarding customers in SolarWinds, with ServiceNow integration with SolarWinds for smooth incident management. SolarWinds Implementation and SolarWinds migration have been done for many customers with custom script monitoring, log files, and URL monitoring using SAM.
- Automate daily network monitoring using NCM module. Build SolarWinds Environment – primary servers, HA servers, polling servers, NTA DB. Reviewing logs and errors, troubleshooting such errors and configuration on all monitoring networks. Create/modify alerts to notify responsible departments in the event of issues related to their systems, creating custom views for users.
- Responsible for report, alert, map, and dashboard customizations. Evaluating upgrades to monitoring software and implementing updates as needed.
