• Procure to Pay (P2P) process execution with continuous focus of efficiency and reliability, improvement.
• Extraction of open validated Purchase Requisitions for direct and indirect materials and services. Ensure the purchase requests processed within stipulated turn-around-time and accuracy.
• Initiate purchase orders in the system, confirm delivery with suppliers, monitor and track supplier performance to Purchase Order requirements.
• Converting PR to PO with the required information Vendor, Purchase Organization, Purchase Group, Price and quantity, lead time, delivery date, Vendor contact details, Inco term, Payment term, packing details.
• Expediting for the timely delivery of material to the right place. Track goods received or service performed to verify appropriate delivery or service confirmation and ensure invoice processing. Posting GR by receiving confirmation from the requisitioner.
