• Migrated front end build tooling along with more than 40 plugins to support Webpack 5 features and its enhancements. Lead to responsive app, and app load time from 1min to under 30s.
• Improved local app development experience and HMR time from 3m to under 5s.
• Migrated test tooling, and improved reliability of test runs to >95% to allow developers to write better Unit & Integration tests, and provided the required training to multiple teams.
• Cross team collaboration with other engineering teams to establish technical standards.

Crafted front end expertise and an exposure to the Java & SQL ecosystem.

• Lead front end engineer for building a specialty care platform used by 300 nurses and care providers at the time of onboarding.
• Migrated multiple legacy health care systems to use open source software and internalize them; it improved the integration with other internal platforms, security and reliability.
• Authored and maintained various inner source libraries for components, survey forms and test frameworks. The libraries were reused by 6-7 teams. Reduced go-to-market time by 2months for these teams.
• Collaborated and trained multiple teams to follow standards and best practices.

A small scale startup, where I applied the 'hello world' in the real world.

• Built a subscription first e-commerce platform, Cadenza to help SMEs launch their own online stores. 3 SMEs launched their stores using the framework.
• Majorly worked on building back end micro services, and Integrated PayTM, Stripe and Razor pay payment gateways to the e-commerce platform.
• Built a multi tenant dashboard for viewing inspection data related to DOOH ads.
• Built hybrid mobile apps for smart food refill devices using React Native.
