The Orchestrated Customer Engagement (OCE) Personal Web application is a configurable tool for sales representatives, managers, medical science liaisons, and key account managers

This is a managed package designed to improve the performance and productivity of HLS sales representatives

Responsibilities

• Handling the user management process in salesforce for different regions across globe
• Responsible for daily administration and support of SFDC application including managing user, management setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflow rules and validations
• Working on marketing cloud administration on different Modules like Data extensions, Journeys, debugging and giving suggestions
• Knowledge on CSM ticketing tool to address the client issues on regular basis
• Involved in Client call for better understanding the requirements and possibilities and implement the same in Salesforce
• Responsible for prioritizing tasks, identify trends and manage escalations with appropriate status updates and communications with various teams
• Perform troubleshooting of production issues, updates for minor Cases and tickets requiring minor changes and enhancements to existing functionality
• Had Experience in preparing the Reports and Dashboards as per customer requirements
• Ensuring that the best possible levels of service quality and availability are maintained according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Worked on tools such as Workbench, Jira, Service Now, CSM Tool, Data Loader
• Hands on experience in data cleansing, data processing and debugging in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and supporting end users reported issue
• Using Data loader for data maintenance in the
  system.
• Handling User queries and working on the tickets raised by them.
• Modified simple workflows to incorporate Email alerts and field updates.
• Worked with Profiles and Administrative permissions to grant/deny users access to platform features.
• Involved in analyzing requirements and fixing issues.
• Hands on experience in working as Administrator and Data manager in OCE-Marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Debugging issues reported by users in marketing cloud on various modules and helping end-users to resolve issues

Project : VAILLANT

VAILLANT is bases out of Germany it that develops products for heating, cooling and hot water

Supported them for 3.0 Years majorly on their Sales Part

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Sales Team to get the business requirement for any kind of change in the Salesforce Org
• Handled users from more than 10 countries
• Worked with various salesforce.com Standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Cases, Campaigns, Reports, and Dashboards
• Configuring objects and modules including Validation Rules, Formulas, Record Types and Layouts
• Good Working Knowledge on SOQL and SOSL Queries
• Setting up relationships (Lookups, Master detail relationship, Many to many) on objects
• Organized page layouts for different record types
• Worked with Data Security Model, created various sharing rules as per the business requirement and worked on OWD settings
• Proficient in creating roles, proles and managing Sharing Access
• Was part of the deployment process and worked as per Agile Methodology
• Schedule the Batch Job via Tool named 'Jenkins'
• Involved in Year End Activity named 'Annual Settlement Process' and Qa refresh Activities half yearly

Project : Seadrill

Seadrill is an offshore drilling contractor providing worldwide offshore drilling services to the oil and gas industry

Responsibilities:

• I am an ERP Consultant, wherein I make use of application for maintenance and purchasing modules
• Monitoring the rigs
• Resolving the replication issues
• Developing the SQL queries
• Technologies: SQL, IFS, EAM(Tool)

Project: The purpose of this project was to help BI teams, Stakeholders from different Business Units understand or find probable causes of defective units by analyzing vast data from various sources like manufacturing locations, shipping companies used, Warehouses and Resellers

Responsibilities:

• Vast data was moved from RDMS to HDFS with schema, using SQOOP
• The data stored in HDFS is stored in HIVE tables and queried using HQL
• Worked on Hive queries for creating and querying HIVE tables to retrieve useful analytical information
• Used SQOOP to import vast data from traditional RDMS to HDFS
