Responsible for processing Payable Invoices of Intellectual Property portfolio for Microsoft.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Processing the payable invoices raised by US and International Law Firms by verifying the basic details and services performed billed in the invoice.
• Using the knowledge of IP lifecycle and country specific prosecution to process and approve the invoice for payment.
• Handling Refund due matters for client.
• Dealing with US and international Law Firms for any queries related to IP cycle.
• Dealing with Accounts department of Law Firms for any queries related to invoice processing.
• Daily allocation and compilation for volume received.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports for client decision making using Power BI.
• Making new team members familiar with IP lifecycle and ERP.

Responsible for all aspects of recording and processing Accounts Payable Invoices

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Verify the basic details of an invoice with the invoice images available on ERP which is an important activity for maintaining accurate financial records.
• Approve and Post the invoices after verifying for further payment.
• Reconcile the posting report with the number and amount of invoices.
• Deal with Accountants at Client End for any queries related to invoice processing and general information.
• Record Wire Payments in ERP.

Other Activities:

• Worked as a mentor to the new team members and made them familiar with ERP.
• Worked as an Internal Auditor for invoices processed by team members.
• Maintained Productivity tracker which helped in preparing incentive sheet at the end of the month.
• Verified vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Always helped team in Month, Quarter and Year close activities.
