  • Engaged with fleet managers and the technical superintendent on a daily basis to follow up on various reports, such as noon reports, voyage reports, certificates, defects, PMS, lube oil reports, month-end papers, DMS, etc. In the Shippalm application.
  • Updating the tank mapping details, vessel particulars, emergency plans, certificates, and LO reports in the application.
  • Follow-ups on open ticket status reported from the vessel and shore in Shi Palm.
  • Monitor the communication status of the vessel on a daily basis, and liaise with the vessel, superintendent, Alpha Ori, and IT team to sort out communication issues by taking remote assistance and rectifying the issues.
  • Prepared data analysis report of PMS overall status, pending status, defects, noon reports, counters, spare inventory, and certificates.
  • Review of month-end documents, pending purchase requisitions, PMS KPIs, log abstracts, and vessel inspection reports.
  • Familiarization and training are done for seafarers and shore staff about ship palm.
  • Monitor the pending tasks and approvals for the respective fleets, and assist TSI's and fleet managers in clearing the tasks.
