Roles and Responsibilities
Develop detailed proposals in response to customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation) or RFPs (Requests for Proposals), ensuring alignment with client requirements & technical specifications
Review Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) , Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs) Equipment layout
Perform design calculations and sizing of Pressure vessels, decanter centrifuge/Filter pressure, DAF, Oil water separator, UF & RO sizing by using membrane of simulation tools
Possess a deep understanding of the company's products/services, engineering principles, and industry standards to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients
Work closely with sales teams, project teams, Design engineers, and other vendors to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development
Prepare accurate cost estimates by analyzing project requirements, material costs, labor costs, and other relevant factors
Tailor proposals to address specific client needs and showcase the unique value proposition of the company's products/services
Identify opportunities for process improvements in proposal development,
Post order kickoff meeting & support site related activities to execution team
End to end experience in Pre bid, Post Bid, Tendering Projects, Costing & Budget
