Client: Centrica PLC

Centrica is managing the supply of electricity and gas to businesses and consumers in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and North America from Centrica plc's Windsor-based headquarters, and it is the largest supplier of electricity, operating under the trading names Scottish Gas and British Gas.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding the client requirements, analyzing the functional specs, and being involved in the design of interfaces.
• Facilitated seamless payment transactions through successful interactions with external systems, such as JPM and ECHOS Bank environments.
• Implementing the meter read, purchase Orders and payroll activity Iflows to facilitate information exchange between on SAP, non-SAP, of on premise and cloud application systems.
• Successfully utilized splitters, converters, and gather techniques to implement the Iflows in the CPI tenant.
• Prevented the file permissions when the server was automatically rebooted by using profile parameters in the SAP PO environment.
• Supported for automation of message monitoring and channel monitoring in SAP PO 7.5.
• Increased error resolution efficiency for clients by enabling knowledge delivery through configuring the MAIL adapter with an attachment.
• Imported the IDocs and RFCs from the SAP system into the ESR and used them as interface objects in mappings.
• Worked on executing standard functions such as node, date, arithmetic, static, Boolean, constant, conversion, and user-defined functions.
• Experienced in utilizing a variety of integration techniques, such as JSON messaging, XML conversions, Groovy scripting for custom logic implementations, and content modifications.

Client: Cargill.

Cargill is providing the food ingredients, agricultural solutions, and industrial products that are vital for living. The main role is to connect the farmers with consumers to provide the supply chain deliverables.

Industry: Agriculture and Food Company Project.

Duration: January 2020 to June 23.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working with high-priority issues, analyzing the failures, and providing proper resolutions to the business with regular message monitoring and channel monitoring of all interfaces in SXMB_MONI and message monitoring.
• Utilized ServiceNow to manage high-priority PO issues, and execute necessary changes.
• Collaborated with clients to troubleshoot data-relevant issues, and used Postman and SOAP UI tools to test the issued data to fix the issue.
• Designed and configured the objects in the ESR and Integration Directory.
• Created Message Mapping objects using Graphical Mapping and wrote the UDFs used in Java Mapping wherever necessary.
• Ensured comprehensive documentation of TS, transport list, interface list, and system landscape.
• Configured alerts using a component-based alerting mechanism.
• Configured various sender and receiver adapters, such as SOAP, IDoc, JDBC, PROXY, JSON, SFTP, and RFC adapters.
• Worked on logging and staging steps to store the payload in the required steps.
• Provided support during the system downtime, and performed sanity checks once the servers are up.
• Worked on SMAQ1, SMQ2, and various Tcodes like WE02, WE19, SXMB_MONI, and SM59.
