Key Responsibilities :

• Monitoring alerts using Nagios,Zabbix and Dynatrace tools and following SLA.
• Responsible for supporting Linux servers for production,development and testing.
• Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers, including web servers, application servers, and database servers.
• User Account management, Group Account Management,partitioning Disks,Manipulating swap,local and remote printer management, scheduling jobs.
• Working with open source packages like SUDO, Open SSH and providing trouble shooting.
• Configuration of remote access utilities, providing user access control on services like Telnet, FTP and SSH.
• Package Administration(RPM & YUM)
• Responsible for settings up NFS server and client, Telnet server, FTP servers, DNS, DHCP, LVM and Apache Configuration, Samba installation and configuration
• Working in a 24X7 on call rotation to support critical production environments
• Responsible for patching of Linux production servers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Admin of the Moog soft console and develop the integrations according to the customer's requirements.
• Enabling the Integrations to connect applications and other tools to Moog soft Enterprise.
• Creating Incidents through Moog soft integrations using Python in Linux servers.
• Monitoring and managing swap space.
• Responsible for patching of Moogsoft production servers which run on RHEL.
• Setting up cron jobs for the user to deploy scripts on production servers
• Processes administration and Management like monitoring, start/stop/kill various processes

Key Responsibilities :

• First point of contact for incidents & escalations for all issues reported by customer or generated by monitoring tools .
• Continuous monitoring of DX UIM alerts for Anglo American infrastructure & perform basic troubleshooting .
• Responsible to engage required team and follow through until issue resolution .
• Manage the Incidents on priority basis i.e., P1,P2, P3, P4 and provide workaround within the given SLA.
• Runs the Bridge call for all Critical Incidents with all required teams and Stakeholder.
• Responsible for Decommissioning the windows servers and network devices.
• Responsible for patching of windows production servers with the help of L2 team.
• Worked in 24*7 operational support.
