• Monitoring alerts using Nagios,Zabbix and Dynatrace,Rancher tools,AWS and perform basic troubleshooting with in SLA.
• First point of contact for incidents & escalations for all issues reported by customers or generated by monitoring tools.
• Worked most of the time on production P1/P2 issues using Dynatrace,Zabbix and Nagios and given root cause to production teams.
• Runs the Bridge call for all Critical Incidents with all required teams and Stakeholders.
• Responsible for Windows patching of all the applications in production and non-production servers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Admin of the Moog soft console and develop the integrations according to the customer's requirements.
• Enabling the Integrations to connect applications and other tools to Moog soft Enterprise.
• Creating Incidents through Moog soft integrations using Python in Linux servers.
• Responsible for patching of Moogsoft production servers which run on RHEL.
• Setting Processes administration and management like monitoring, start/stop/kill various processes up cron jobs for the user to deploy scripts on production servers.

Vulnerability and Migration:

• Responsible for supporting Security Operations functions including Threat and Vulnerability Management.
• Install, Upgrade, configure, and eliminate unwanted dependencies of software and applications.
• Acts as lead on incident and vulnerability response.
• Responsible for UIM,Spectrum,Moogsoft upgradation and migration.
  

Key Responsibilities :

• First point of contact for incidents & escalations for all issues reported by customer or generated by monitoring tools .
• Continuous monitoring of DX UIM alerts for Anglo American infrastructure & perform basic troubleshooting .
• Responsible to engage required team and follow through until issue resolution .
• Manage the Incidents on priority basis i.e., P1,P2, P3, P4 and provide workaround within the given SLA.
• Runs the Bridge call for all Critical Incidents with all required teams and Stakeholder.
• Responsible for Decommissioning the windows servers and network devices.
• Responsible for patching of windows production servers with the help of L2 team.
• Worked in 24*7 operational support.
