Exports planning:

• Specialist for export planning, controlling & monitoring. Supervising areas include daily packing plan, shipping plan, packing instruction, On Time ETD and Risk Management.
• Meet Demand & Supply under fluctuating conditions in International Markets through predictive approach.
• Integrate & align multi cross functional teams with supplier packing, Quality, Impex & Logistic partner as per chronological preference.
• Keep tab on Main KPI through continuous consensus with related parties to ensure ZERO deviations. [Predictive Analysis]
• Drive system improvement with Information Technology team to eliminate redundant activities in the working level process.

Logistics planning:

• Specialist for Inbound & Outbound logistics planning.
• Overall shipment tracking from time of berthing, custom clearance, pick up & ETA to TKM.
• Scrutinize monthly logistic and overall liner bills including detention charges
• Avoid unwanted penalty on empty container return through staging simulation and management
• Maintain & monitor Min-Max on planned container yard capacity on daily basis (Container in/out, damage record).
• Achieve Cost KPI on container detention, trailer halting and container damage
• Negotiate Logistics & Liner requirements to meet demand during risk management.

Import Parts planning:

• Specialist in planning (calculating) firm & forecast allocation (packing) volume requirement for all Toyota Models based on sales demand.
• Negotiate with TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation) & TDEM (Toyota Daihatsu Engineering & Manufacturing) in case of any capacity constraints to maintain standard stock.
• Calculate part by part requirement for each model in PAMS (Parts Management System).
• On time escalation to top management in case of any deviation in stock against stock policy.
• Revise company stock policy every year considering latest change points involved in supply chain.

• Forecasting, planning and controlling the procurement of over 2500 Import parts including engines, transmissions, body panels and other high value items across the Globe.
• Ensure optimum physical stock through Inventory management resulting in “0” Overflow & “0” shortage, throughout TKM Supply chain.
• Control inventory according to stringent targets, i.e.

a) 3D- Weekly twice shipments b) 6D- Weekly once shipment c) 30D- Monthly once shipment.
