Risk Management Workstation (RMW) is the main Agency Lending system. It brings together data from several third-party systems and provides a common user interface. Amongst other functionality, RMW provides trade capture, settlement functions, cash management, position management and reporting functionality.

• Incidents and Request Handling, script enhancement and Application Administration.
• To ascertain the MQ queues and Channels are running.
• To Bring down and Bring up the application processes for Unix Admin team to perform server related tasks.
• Checking SOD applications maintenance, and resolving the EOD batch issues.
• Working on weekend activities and raising change requests for emergency production changes/releases.
• Taking inputs from L1 team and rectifying demerits using DAP/UNIX/U Deploy releases; testing UAT and promoting to production after business sign off.
• Resolving the p1/p2/p3 tickets on ticketing tools Service Now.
