  • The objective of this project is to streamline the UHC PSL team’s management of nearly 300 annual events by moving from spreadsheet-based tracking to a centralized Salesforce solution.This includes capturing all event details through an intake request form, managing multi-level approvals, supporting event execution, and enabling post-event evaluations to measure ROI. The solution will improve the quality and timeliness of decisions, provide real-time insights into event status and budget utilization, and help maximize the impact of the PSL team’s events budget.


 GLOBAL COMMERCIAL FLOORING INDUSTRY,USA

  • Customer replacing the current middleware from an IBM WebSphere-based solution with Salesforce’s MuleSoft Middleware based on API architecture that provides substantial business benefits including cost reduction and scalability in design and performance.


 SF IMPLEMENTATION OF SALES CLOUD ,SINGAPORE

  • Global Salesforce CRM transformation program aimed at streamlining sales operations using Salesforce Sales Cloud (Lightning CRM). The platform integrated lead management, opportunity tracking, sales forecasting, and performance monitoring to enhance end-to-end sales lifecycle visibility.


HRMS APPLICATION,INDIA

  • The objective of this project is to improve the existing HRMS (Human Resource Management System) processes and enhance system capabilities. Product users were Salesforce – Sales Cloud. Functions covered include Leave Management System, Performance Management System, Timesheet Management System, and finance modules such as Expense Claim and Travel Expense,Employee Probation ,Onboarding,Exit Management and Clearance.
