Training Material Development & Training Delivery:

• Employee Training: Responsible for scheduling and delivering Product Functional Training for new hires and handling the LMS (Moodle)
• Client Training: Responsible for analyzing needs, designing curriculum, and developing training deliverables, such as presentation decks, participant guide, trainer guide, how-to video tutorials
• Collaboration with SMEs and the project team (Product Engineering, Business Analyst, DevOps, QA, and Demo teams) to gather information

Projects handled:

• Handled 2 customer projects individually as a Training Lead and assisted seniors in 3 projects as a contributor.
• Pendo: Explored this tool to identify ways to leverage it for T&D needs.

• Press tool (progressive and compound) , mould (Injection, compression & transfer), fixtures design and manufacturing
• Process planning & quality assurance
• Assembly, trial, and trouble-shooting

• Machine Shop: CNC-VMC, WEDM, SEDM
• Tool Room: Tool assembly and maintenance
• Quality Assurance: Operated profile projector, CMM and other measurement tools.
