Who will sell: Staff management, Staff training, Human Resource Retention
3. Inventory control & Management:
Weekly stock & sale through analysis of Brands & categories and Identification of Fast Moving and Slow-Moving Styles in brands for all stores of region.
Inter location transfers of stock for better sale through and liquidation.
4. Business communication:
Interaction with our valuable customers and get their feedback on brands, product, categories, style, colours, fits, sizes, promotions and forward the same to concept manager take corrective actions further.
