- L3VPN like MPLS and tunneling VRF which handles multiple traffic
- At L2 level – VLANs, Inter VLAN routing
- Port level-Speed/Negotiation/Bandwidth/RXandTX parameters/CRCerrors, Traffic errors and other Port level errors
- Troubleshooting and configuration for tacacs server for all our node Connectivity
- Acceptance testing of new nodes, doing DLD validation associating with vendor Project team (Routers and Switches)
- Handling High level escalation raised by ISP team or any other associated team
- Tickets raised by projects team when there are issues in new implementation
- Inter-operability issues in multi-vendor customer networks
- Regular Health Check of network nodes includes: Router and switches CPU, Memory & Traffic utilization
- Check on Environment issues like Temperature/Power/Air filter
- Hardware level issues-FAN/Chassis/Slots/Interfaces/SFPs and connected Repeater issues
- Carrying on Activities in Maintenance Window when changes in Network required
