● Water & Waste Water – Submersible Pumps, Non Clog Pumps, Horizontal Split Casing Pumps

● Standard Industrial – End Suction Pumps, Horizontal Multi-Stage High Pressure Pumps

● Engineered Applications – API pumps (OH2 / BB2).

● Promoted as Assistant Manager from Executive Engineer (with effect from January 2020)

● Study & analysis of pump performance and energy conservation opportunities.

● To understand customer requirement and to suggest feasible energy conservation measures for existing pumping systems.

● To offer various electro-mechanical suggestions to improve pumping system efficiency.

● Involvement in pre-tendering activities for tender specifications, make approvals etc.

● Design of storage tanks of various capacities as per project requirement.

● Selection and Sizing of centrifugal pumps as per process requirement.

● Preparing BOMs for storage tanks, centrifugal pumps and accessories, valves which are used in water treatment, waste water treatment, sewage treatment and effluent treatment plants. etc.

● Knowledge and experience of design of storage tanks of various capacities as per process requirement, selection and sizing of pumps.

● Served as project and application engineer for enquiries in Sewage treatment plants, effluent treatment plants, Lift Irrigation Schemes, Power plants etc.

● Concept to commissioning activities for submerged centrifugal pumps for raw water applications.

● Pre-tendering activities, make approvals in government and semi government authorities.

● Carry out detailed pumping system engineering to ensure proper commissioning of pumps.

● Engineering and design of Hollow Fiber and Flat sheet membranes

● Engineering of water treatment system based on application and criticality. Designing of the equipment related to water treatment system is also catered during this activity.

● Support at customer site for installation, commissioning and smooth operation of the water treatment system. It also includes any maintenance related activities arising post commissioning phase

● Close interaction with various institutes such as CSM-CRI, OXFAM regarding the latest developments and application-oriented research on Membrane technologies

● Writing technical documentation and getting them approved from customer as well as modifying when required.
