Responsibilities:
End-to-End Operations Coordination:
Oversee the complete workflow — from procurement of raw materials to final product delivery — ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations across departments.
Raw Material Sourcing & Vendor Management:
Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers, negotiate pricing and credit terms, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely availability of high-quality raw materials.
Production Oversight:
Supervise day-to-day manufacturing activities, monitor production schedules, quality standards, and resource utilization to meet output targets and minimize downtime.
Sales Coordination & Order Fulfilment:
Work closely with the sales team to align production with customer demand, manage order tracking, dispatch schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to foster long-term collaboration and trust.
Process Improvement:
Analyze existing operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and boost overall productivity.
Team Supervision & Training
Lead and guide production and support staff, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Reporting & Coordination with Management:

Managing, recruiting, training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual and region targets.
Dealer Appointment – Search dealer in market and appointment new dealer and maintaining relation with existing dealer.
Team Management – Motivating and Handle the BDO and SO in their Respective areas.
Promotional Activities – Sales Promotion Activities as to the Budget we introduce Schemes when and then require.
Product Awareness -Conducting Mason Meet and Engineers meet and Wall painting and in shop Branding

To plan and execute, Dealer orders as per agreed delivery schedule by following up and co ordination with Production team, back end sales coordinators & logistics.
