Project Name: Private Banking wealth

 Citi Digital banking application supports both mobile banking and online banking application for APAC customers. Providing multiple online options for the customers to verify their account information, transfer funds and manage accounts.

Responsibilities:

· Interacting with Product Owner and Stakeholders to work on the refinement requirement.

· Providing inputs and suggestions and interacting with the stakeholders to brainstorm on solutions.

· Engaging multiple teams to logically segregate requirements and define teams work scope.

· Eliciting requirements and writing clear and concise user stories.

· Working closely with Project manager, Developers, Tester to provide further information/guidance needed during all phase of the project.

· Creating and maintaining query logs, MoMs and Project information pages on confluence.

· Creating and Presenting Project BAU Handover documents, sprint wise.

· Conducting as well as actively participating in Scrum activities- Daily scrum meeting, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Retrospective meeting.

Project Name: Citibank Mobile Banking Application

This project MBOL (Mobile online banking) is thick application which can be downloaded from App/Play stores into Mobile devices. It’s an Agile based project and delivery of requirements are tracked in multiple releases. Mobile banking helps customer to access all banking features like account information, transfer and payments, registration, card activation, change PIN through online. Mobile application interacts with various Citi bank end systems via API’s or micro services to serve customers information’s. This project is being supported in Asia and EMEA region. 

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing 10+ members team.

· Worked in major migration of UI tech stack of current Mobile application for almost all 16 markets.

· Responsible for tracking team deliverables of assigned requirements for each release.

· Responsible for maintaining requirement tracker for each release.

· Actively participated in grooming new joiners of team.

· Involved in assessing the individuals during performance review.

· Involved in efforts estimation of requirements.

· Identifying infra impacts of assigned requirements if any.

· Interacting with the stakeholders/clients to understand the requirements thoroughly and document them in the BRD accordingly.

· Involved during the solution discussion with stakeholders and the finalization of requirement documentation.

Customer can update the problem through online from site to customer care, without any call. 

Responsibilities:

· Understanding and analyzing requirements which also involves extensive interaction with the client

· Preparation of Test plan for various release and creating test cases.

· Initiating and facilitating discussions related to Test Strategy, Test Scenarios and Test Cases with various stakeholders involved in the project

· Preparation of artifacts like Test Strategy, Test Case documents for each release.

· Execution of test cases and finding defects in QC systems.

· Defect tracking and reporting.

· Involved in production support releases.

Client: Citibank

Project Name: Citi Bank ATM

Global CAT (Customer Activated Terminal) is an ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) software used by Citibank customers located all over the world, basically developed using Component based architecture. GCAT provides support for variety of Basic and International core applications like Withdrawal, Deposit, Envelope Payment, Bunch Note Acceptor, Bunch Cheque acceptor, Standard transfer, Interciti Transfer (Global & Local), External transfer, Bill Payment, Account summary, Account Details and activity and change PIN. GCAT is being supported and used by U.S. (Sighted & Visually impaired), Asia & Europe regions.


Responsibilities:

· Analyzing the requirements and involved in requirement review meeting.

· Preparation of Test plan for various release.

· Performed Review of Testing related artifacts before being shared with the clients during each release.

· Involvement in end-to-end testing and disaster recovery testing of the applications in the event of release impacting multiple applications.

· Involvement in the development of detailed test cases pertaining to different releases.

· Identifying and reporting of defects in QC.

· Project Monitoring and metrics reporting using delivery tracking system.
