• As a professional hotelier and hospitality student, I will graduate in 2024 as I have completed my industrial espouser training internship from ITC Sonar & ITC Royal Bengal Kolkata and ITC Hotels. there I learned what can be the necessary services and what items can be ordered or asked by the guests which includes how to handle them in the proper way that guests can be asked for which the guest can ask for where I had to explain to them what are rules and regulations I have to follow and what are curriculum has to follow inside a property where I had learned that as a hotelier we are conducted towards the guests. As a professional hotelier and a guest-oriented personnel, I respect the guest's privacy as they trust me with their personal belongings and personal things. As enthusiastic personnel, if I am unable to provide the proper information I should humbly request the guest to wait patiently until I transfer the matter to my superior.

• I have done my hotel & hospitality management from International School of hospitality management in short which is known as ISHM. As under the course of B.SC In Hospitality & Hotel Administration from MAKAUT university which is also known as WBUT under the west bengal goverment

I have listens to sandeep maheswari, gour gopal das, and like that religion teachers and all and also sometimes excitable stories to make up my mood and oenology knowledgeable lectures and lectures about culinary arts from our celebrity chefs and all and also sometimes money laundering news and all etc

• I have also learned sales and marketing how to approach towards the guest offer them alternative their desire requirements aren't available which helps me to understand what they actually want from us what except from us which we need to add to fulfill their requirements.
• I also had done HTML coding, java script and a brief knowledge about python
• I am used to play football and combat sports as I take precautions about my health
