Also I learned that how to suggest the alternative to the guest if we don't have the item that they require at the moment also how to convince the guest how to deal with these situations and all which they find to difficult to operate I learn that what"s a actual meaning of hospitality. the hospitality suggest that we are responsible the service and necessary items which we provided in the property. And I understand that my responsibilities would provided the best experiences to the guest so the guest whenever they come our property should be recommended as I am representing the property face and the property attributes itself. As a professional hotelier I believed that being well groomed describe how improved and smart personality I would be so the guest should know that I am capable of solving the issue.
