• Heading the Security Operation of Entire Orissa and West Bengal Region. This Region includes three Campuses of 50 Acres (approx.) each with a cumulative strength of around 7000 Employees and one active Construction site 1.5 million sq. ft. Area at Kolkata.

• To plan security setup and operate Security functions as per the Company guidelines and Client requirement.

• Security equipment like Door frame metal detectors (DFMD),hand held detectors(HHD), X-ray scanner machines for baggage scanning ,Bomb detection machine (Sabre 5000) for explosive detection etc. was used to ensure security.
• Identified, conducted field trials of required equipment, processed its procurement & empanelled AMC vendor for its annual maintenance. Access Controls
• Necessary Documentary Compliance like BG checks, ESI/EPF, training, medical certificates, Gun licence etc.as per the PSAR-Act are complied with.
• Ensured Business continuity during crisis.
• Preparedness for the Emergencies through regular Mock drills and training. Location Audit

• Security Induction training to all the new joiners.
• CCTV observation, Operators Duty, Duties of Scanner operator training, material transaction at Gate, Firefighting training, Basic Etiquettes, Traffic control, Radio communication Duties of emergency response team etc.
• Planned and imparted crisis management training like Firefighting training, Role of Disaster recovery representative (DRR) to all the earmarked DRR’s who will act during the time of emergencies. Client Specific Requirement.

Achievements:-

• Successful completion of Infosys Bhubanewar SEZ, Campus (Green field project) of 50 Acres without any major causality and Local issues.
• Managed Security operation during Cyclone Phailin and ensured no causality to the Employees and ensuring Business continuity.
• Ensure Campus operations during COVID 19 pandemic, following all the safety protocols.

• To plan and establish security systems & administration for the Project site.
• To establish and maintain relationship with local government agencies on law & order. Gather intelligence reports in and around the area.
• To plan and establish effective Training programs for security personnel from time to time and other various units under jurisdiction.

• Successfully managed to start the Mining operation at site by effectively negotiating with insurgent groups and locals.

• Control of dump and shrink at RF Stores.
• Implementing SOP’s.
• Theft and Fraud investigation.
• To collect, collate, compile and file incidents.
• Maintaining Security systems like CCTV Cameras, Access control system, intruder alarm system etc.
• Managing 250 Security Guards.
• Interview, selection and Training of Security Guards and Security Supervisors.

• Successfully bring down the Loss shrinkage from 6% to 2.5% by means of technology and manpower training.

• Worked in the Elite Indian Army Sikh Light Infantry Battalion. Experience of working in insurgency area performing counterterrorism operations.
